Bought a new same exact LCD monitor

Bought a new same exact LCD monitor with same serial number from ebay, my old screen wokrs with he inverter board but its just cracked so i decided to buy a new one. the new screen does not work , the back-light of it. Like its really dark. I know the back-light inverter works cause it works with...
