Ranking falling dramatically in Google US

I have stated working on http://www.otssolutions.com . We did remove some pages from our website and put custom 404 pages for it but all of sudden our ranking in Google USA (Our main targeted market) dropping dramatically from past few days we used to rank at 7 in Google USA for offshore product...
