linking to illegal mp3 download site

hi guys i am planning to create a song meaning site... my site will only contain song lyrics and some picture but no direct mp3 download link. but i want to link to some blog site which lets u download mp3 songs. now i wanna know whether i would get ban from adsense for linking to an illegal song...
