need urgent advise

I've never transfered regular renewal fee .tv's from Enom to other registrars. Now i'm selling one name to an enduser, they want to transfer domain to other registrar. They asked Sedo guys and they told them that .tv's that are registered with Enom couldn't be transfered to other registrar! Is...
