Trying to create fold-over booklet for a school directory on MAC

I need to find software for my MAc that will allow me to print a directory with names and addresses in a fold-over booklet. I need a program that will allow me to compile all of my information and then format it into a booklet. Any ideas? Pages will not let me format the way I need to.
