Regged a "profession".tv

I was curious as to everyone's opinion on registering professions in the tv extension. For example, say the domain was Pediatrician.tv (not my name-just an example). The one I regged had 90,500 exact searches in May per Adword Keytool. It also has 8,650,000 results in Google. I have tried...
