How to Backup iPod/iPhone to Computer, Transfer iPod/iPhone to iTunes library

Many friends have found it difficult to retrieve songs, videos, photos, playlists and other files from iPod/iPhone back to computer and iTunes library,because iTunes only supports one-way transfer. Here I'd like to share an easy way to move music and other files from iPod/iPhone to computer/iTunes....
