How to use Page Down and Page Up on a Mac?

In MacOS, you can use the fn button for this.

fn+up arrow = page up

fn+down arrow = page down

Most of the standard Apple keyboards on laptops and Macs(including my) have no “Page Up” and “Page Down” keys. I can recommend to use FN key along with the up or down arrow to get the functionality of the Page Up and Page Down buttons. It is quite comfortable variant.
