Protecting your brand?

I'd just like to hear from you guys who own the .com/.net/.orgs of websites that use one of these extensions and don't own the others, and/or those of you who own the reverse of a company's website (i.e. website is friedonions.com you own onionsfried.com) - do you get much traffic? I'm debating...
