How to edit ms access files ??

I am doing data analysis and for that I have to edit MS Access file in csv format to labelled format... ie. |Student, Name, Whatever | |12,XyZ,PPP | ------to--------- 1.Student 2.Name 3.Watever 1.12 2.XyZ 3.PPP Please help...
