Snapnames refuse payment and keep domains

I appreciate that they contend that "Halvarez" was a one off problem,but we have a problem with them now. Long and short. We won 2 domains. They say that they tried charging the card but was declined (maybe because card company uses verified by visa ??). Anyway as soon as was advised we contacted...
