Google Bombing filter...got it because of one my friend...

The question is: how to get out of google bombing filter? One of my friends, who I had link exchange with took off blogroll for some reasons and added back later. The thing is that he had more than 1000 indexed pages, and after he added blogroll later, my site disappeared from search on the word...
