Need help with wordpress

This is in regards to my site (http://www.dsmshowcase.com) I want my users to be able to create 1 post or page to act as their car's profile page so others can view it and rate what they see. Another person told me to make a posts page (Currently DSM Profiles) and allow users to create/edit...
