Computer doing funky things

Hi, I run a Lenovo PC with Windows XP. Lately, it's been doing some funky things. It's hard to define, so I will give a couple of examples. When clicking on bookmarks, I usually have to click and hold the mouse to get it to get to the bookmark. Or if I am clicking in a radio field, for example...
