Misspelled domains...worth it?

I'll try to be clear : I was searching with the Google Keywords Tool for ideas on a domain name. I found that one keyword search had 13 600 000 searches for it worldwide and 135 000 local, with little competition. Only thing is, it was a misspelled keyword. Is it worth it to register the domain...
