How can I get INDEXED quicker

Basically I have setup fatlossmadeeasy.info with good quality unique content. I am now wondering what ways can get me indexed quicker and start bringing in traffic quicker. I already receive around 40 visits a day from twitter and this forum. But google hasnt yet picke dup my website. Also how...
