TXkeyword.com or TexasKeyword.net

Just using the above as an example, which one would you go for as the main site with development. I'm dealing with a GeoKeyword situation, do I go with the 'acronym' .com or the full keyword .net? As much as I want to, getting TexasKeyword.com is out of the question. I'm strongly leaning...
