End user sales drying up.

Man, what a dilemma! I went from about 10 end user sales a day to around 1 or 2 a week. How can this happen? My market has always been end users but lately im wondering if I should move to auctions / forums and so forth. I'm getting really frustrated...! Any comments or suggestions...
