UT300r2u modem for broaband connection

I have a broadband connection and the provider has supplied me a UT300r2u modem.A public static ip has been assigned ,but the problem is that i cannot host a server on the public ip.The IP it assigns to the network adapter ,if i use Linux nating (Using 2 NICs )in a linux server ,it assigns a...
