ok ABC whatever company is a .com and owns most likely the .net and most of the tld's Yet somehow you end up with ABCwhatever.info Now 'fair use' is a doctrine in TM, where certain uses of a TM is 'fair' So an informational site on that company by a third party is 'fair' use like a news...
