guys tell me a good antispyware tool ??

hi, My brother got some external hard disk & copied data in absence on me and now my PC is infected by spyware..i have Avg & norton..but the problem is still there bcoz when i open any drive..all the movies & songs runs automatically..!!so if u know any good one then plz tell me..!! Thanks
