Wordpress - I just need a registration plugin hooked up. Help?

I really just need when someone clicks the Submit a Pic or Join Now buttons on my main page, it takes them through a registration process with my site. Nothing fancy. Right now, the buttons take you to a contact form. So I'm getting 'registrations' but I need them to be real and as easy as possible...
