XP BIOS Update

I have an HP Media Center PC that I bought in 2005. I've had a heat problem that I can't figure out. I've replaced the mobo, CPU, and psu. None of this fixed my problem. My pc will run for about 5 minutes and then shut itself off cuz it gets to 207 degrees F. I've been reading about other peoples...
