Check if particular process is running?!?! (Windows Service for VMware Player)

k, what i'm trying to do is create a windows service to run in the background to monitor vmplayer.exe (http://www.vmware.com/products/player/) to see if it is running or not. then if it is running, then turn on the various hardware, software, and services it needs/uses to run, and if it is not...
