clp.exe high CPU usage

Hi, Please help, i am running windows server 2003 32bit and my problem is that there is a process called clp.exe that runs whenever a workstation is logged on to the server. this process then grows from a small % to aprox 50%, so whenever there are just 2 machines logged on my CPU usage is all...
