I can't even scan. Where do I start??

I downloaded ATF Cleaner, DDS, by Subs, GMER Rootkit Scanner, Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool, and Malwarebytes' anti-malware. But none of the program would run. The screen would pop up and disappear. I'm not sure if you guys can help me w/ this. But hopefully someone can....
