My internet wont work from a trojan! p2p software killing me slowly!

I downloaded a program and installed it using a p2p program and now my internet wont work. I scanned with symantec but nothing came up. I ran a system scan with HijackThis v2.0.4 and this is what came up... Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.4 Scan saved at 10:34:56 AM, on 5/20/2010...
