which mother boaard is good

currently i am using *( ASUS- P5KPL-AM/PS )* with * Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q8200S (4M Cache, 2.33 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB) * but i am not satisfied with this Motherboard some times my system will slightly hang for a second rapidly and i want to change my motherboard with another asus ...
