19 inch LCD TV for monitor with VGA cable

Hello,I was wondering why my Dynex 19 inch LCD wouldn't be working as a monitor independantly?The monitor can be used as a second one, but for some reason, whenever I try and set it as the only monitor, it says "Mode not compatible"For details on the computer, look here:...
