Detailed Quality Assessment? Sedo?

I am really confused now with the so called quality assessment that is performed on domains when accepting them into the premium auction monthly events by Sedo.

I spent quite a bit of time going through and trying to understand this, why sedo rejected our domain name to put on the May...
