Working on a website. Question about pagerank.

So I've been working on a website off and on for awhile now. I'm just writing content for it. I plan on writing about 80 pages of unique content. I'm not done writing it yet but.. in order to get better page rank should i register the domain now and host up my index page and what I have so far? Or...
