I recently tried to upload my CSV excel file into the MySQL database (everything was exactly in order and matched to a tee), but it failed. I then asked my host to help and they uploaded it for me. I don't know exactly why the CSV doesn't work from MyphpAdmin but my host said I could if I knew...
