IDE opening a PAS file as a hex

I have this one specific pas file that i try to open, its just plain text in it, i can view it elsewhere (notepad, wordpad etc!) BUT *When i open it in d2007, she displays it as hex* <div class="codeblock"> <div class="spaced"> <div style="float:right; margin-right:10px">
