a question about traffic on first page rankings

Lets say that you are the first result for a google keyword that gets 50,000 global searches according to the google keyword tool. How much traffic do you think your site will actually get? I know there are other search engines (yahoo, bing), but I am wondering if anybody has actually experienced...
