How to plot my C++ results using Matlab.

Hi all: I am quite new at C++. I am using it to run transport calculations. The results of each calculation (rows and columns of data) need to be plotted. I would like to use Matlab. I have searched Matlab help and found that it is possible to write a script for importing my C++ results...
