Gateway partition scheme

I am working on a GT5656. The system was downgraded from Vist to xp. When the tech performed th downgrade, he first deleted all partitions. Now the owner wants to restore Vista, so I ordered the disks from Gateway. During the restore I get Gateway Error 0x2001100200001005. I assume that the...
