Unable to join to the domain. DNS issue.

I just setup a 2003 enterprise server. It is acting as the following: DHCP Server, DNS Server, AD the scope is 192.168.4.XXX. When I try to join to the domain it gives me this error.... /////Begin report///// The following error occurred when DNS was queried for the service location...
