Maxtor-160 gig HD-forgotten what to do

I'm feeling a bit foolish right now. Here's what I'm trying to accomplish: I'm replacing my current HD with a Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9. I got it in the mail, took the old C drive out and replaced it with the Max. Of course it gave me a "Boot Disk Failure" message, not surprising me. The drive is...
