Wireless USB device stops working

Alright. This belongs from the 'other peripherals" part. I have a Netgear WG111v2 wireless USB adapter connected to my tower. Now, my tower's motherboard is kinda old; it doesn't have a single PCI-e slot, and it has USB 1.0....that's right, no modern USB ports! And the modern ports don't get...
