Trojans keep coming back

About 6 weeks ago I tried to watch a video and the codec it asked me to install was a virus. It hijacked my browsers so all the searches took me to ad sites. I ran malware bytes and removed it and got control of my browsers. (Firefox 3 and IE8) However now about every other week or so I run...
