Google trawling/indexing

I have a site with plenty of SEO, plenty of links and plenty of content yet for some reason Google just seems to take forever listing new content I add. Sometimes as long as a month before new content is being indexed or if I add a new page sometimes it doesnt seem to show at all even though they...
