Daily update of blog but less traffic

hi experts, I wonder how, i do update the blog (http://itshumour.blogspot.com) daily but i see very less traffic from google & other sites. Though the PR for the blog went up to PR 3, but less traffic. How can i increase the web traffic to this humor blog...
