help me fix this code plsss

i got problem to save the record after edit the record.. this the error *Operator '&' is not defined for string "UPDATE RekodAnggaran SET Nama='A" and type 'DataRowView'.* code save <div class="codeblock"> <div class="spaced"> <div style="float:right; margin-right:10px">
