Dude with SERPS in Google

I have a dude with Google Serps. For example, my language is spanish. If you write a keyword with accents, for example, "camión" or "camion", the SERPS are different. If you work for SEO, how is the correct anchor text "camión" or "camion"??? Because without accents is more traffic but...
