PSD to Vector AI file

I was wondering if anyone knows the best way with best results to convert a psd to illustrator vector? I got a logo here that is just baiscly embosded lettering and need to make it vector. I know corel can do it also cs2 and above, unfortunetly I have just CS. Thanks in advanced. I do...
