I think that you will have to go to a chiropractor. It's very important to find the cause of the pain. I was helped by massages. Also, I try to do an easy exercise every morning for my back, I downloaded the app that's https://apkbird.com/en/com.ejercicioscaseros . I have been practicing literally 15 minutes since the morning, but I have no problems with back pain anymore.
