Keep your domain private locked and protected with the most secure domain ownership protection and be clear at choosing your domain name that already anybody holds it or not. The Whois protection is most important. For you I suggest a registrar www.WhoisXY.com where they provide registration and as well as the Whois protection also in cheap as best as registrars provide.
