"Google Webhp" Virus Plz Help

I cant access to Google webpage or any Google related web pages including youtube i can watch videos but i cant sign in to my account. It shows page cannot be found or page dose not exist error when i try to go on those sites, but an hour age Google webpage loaded for once but it had a link...
