Simple Columnar Encryption problem!

Hi all, I have implemented some code for simple columnar encryption. The algorithm is encrypting properly as I want. But during decryption it's giving me some errors. Please go through and suggest me if any idea <div class="codeblock"> <div class="spaced"> <div>
