Set Hardware Acceleration

Hello to all, I am using Windows 7 x64 and I require an immediate help on how to set hardware acceleration to full in this operating system. I've tried google but no result was appropriate and I came to know that I need to go to the "Change Settings" under "Troubleshoot" tab but its just greyed...
